Civil Work
Utility, drainage and roadworks for Telekom Malaysia, TNB, Indah Water and Prasarana.
Our civil division carries the bulk of Unicel's utility workload: trenching and ducting for Telekom copper and fibre, horizontal directional drilling under live carriageways, TNB sub-station bases, street-light and high-mast footings, box culverts and open drains. Every crew is led by a NIOSH TM/TNB safety-passport holder, with certified confined-space entrants and supervisors for manhole and sewer work.

Building Work
Design and build for schools, offices, factories, warehouses, shop lots and homes.
Unicel has delivered everything from a two-block Tamil primary school in Melaka to a seven-storey office block, a McDonald's drive-thru in Pahang and factory warehouses in Beranang. We work either as main contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor to larger builders, taking the job from piling and structure through to M&E, finishes and CCC handover.

Houses, corporate offices, clinics, restaurants and places of worship reworked to brief.
Renovation is where clients feel a contractor most: occupied buildings, tight access and neighbours to keep happy. We phase the works, protect what stays, and keep one supervisor accountable from strip-out to final touch-up. Recent work spans a Titiwangsa bungalow addition, terrace remodelling off Jalan Ipoh and a full renovation at Sree Geeta Ashram.

Plan Submission
Drawings prepared and shepherded through Majlis Perbandaran approval.
Our in-house draughtsman and panel consultants prepare architectural, civil, infrastructure and landscape drawings, then run the submission through the local authority, Bomba, IWK and utility providers. For owners who only have a sketch and a land title, this is usually where we start.

M & E Services
Electrical wiring and plumbing installation, tested and certified by our own chargeman.
Unicel keeps a Suruhanjaya Tenaga registered chargeman and electrical diploma team leaders on staff, so wiring, distribution boards, earthing and testing stay in-house rather than being passed down the chain. Plumbing covers cold water, sanitary and sewer connections through to IWK tie-in.

Landscaping
Feature ponds, turfing, hardscape and maintenance that frame the finished build.
The landscape package is usually the last thing seen and the first thing judged. We build perimeter walls, driveways, car porches, feature ponds and planting, then keep a maintenance crew on call for the first seasons so the softworks actually establish.

Building Materials Trading
Direct supply of pipes, steel, aluminium, metal deck, timber and non-ferrous metals.
Because we buy for our own sites, we supply the same materials to other contractors at project rates — UPVC and sewage pipes, reinforcement bars, aluminium sections, metal decking, timber, plywood and non-ferrous metals. Delivery is arranged direct to site with weighbridge tickets and mill certificates where applicable.
